Each order follows the dates and terms for its listing. If the tradeline has not posted by the listing’s Final Reporting Date and the claim qualifies, the buyer or broker receives the refund described in the Refund Policy. Payment to the cardholder is held during posting review and is released only after posting is verified and applicable order conditions are met. There is no universal day-14 or day-15 refund rule.

Read the Refund Policy for refund scope, promotional-credit treatment and the dispute process.

Your Final Reporting Date

Posting times vary by listing. Each listing has a Final Reporting Date that determines when posting must be confirmed under our Posting Guarantee Policy. Posting means the purchased line reports to at least two of Experian, Equifax and TransUnion by that date. We do not guarantee which two bureaus will report.

A line that reports to fewer than two of the three major credit bureaus by that date has not posted. If a tradeline has not posted by that date and the claim qualifies under this policy and the Refund Policy, the buyer or broker is entitled to a full refund for the affected tradeline or service, including any card-processing fee attributable to the affected item, if such a fee was charged. Passing a generic number of days does not by itself create an automatic refund right.

Qualifying nonposting claims are handled under this Posting Guarantee Policy and the Refund Policy. This standard does not promise a credit-score increase or any lender decision.

Two dates, two different jobs

  1. Listing-specific Final Reporting Date: this controls the nonposting guarantee. Passing a generic number of days does not itself create an automatic refund deadline.
  2. Agreed removal date: this defines the covered protection period and dispute window for qualifying early removal or material service failure.

Paying or reserving does not mean the authorized user has already been added. Keep your order number and these dates available when asking about missing or early-removed posting. An account appearing on a credit report, TradelineScore verifying the purchased line as posted, and a lender accepting the account are different questions. Cardholder payment is released only after posting is verified through TradelineScore’s verification process and applicable order conditions are met. Verification alone does not trigger automatic or immediate release, and neither posting nor payment release promises a score change or lender approval.

Three Separate Checks

  1. Identity verification confirms the person added as the authorized user.
  2. Cardholder eligibility covers the cardholder’s account and whether it fits the listing. See How We Verify Sellers.
  3. Posting confirmation is whether the purchased line reports to at least two of the three major credit bureaus by the Final Reporting Date.

These are separate checks. Passing one does not mean the others are met, and none of them promises a credit score change or lender decision.

What the Guarantee Covers

  • Authorized-user tradelines sold through TradelineScore
  • Seasoned tradelines
  • High-limit tradelines
  • Reseller inventory listed on the marketplace

If a tradeline has not posted by the listing’s Final Reporting Date and the claim qualifies under this policy and the Refund Policy, the remedy is a full refund for the affected tradeline or service, including any card-processing fee attributable to the affected item, if such a fee was charged.

This also covers a line that posts but is removed early, or a purchased service that materially fails before the agreed removal date for reasons outside the buyer’s or broker’s control. If an early removal or material posting failure qualifies under our Refund Policy, the applicable refund is available for the affected line. TradelineScore may offer a suitable replacement when available, but a replacement is optional and is not required in place of an applicable refund.

In an order containing multiple tradelines or services, only the affected item is refunded unless every item qualifies. Administrative work, inventory allocation or seller-related costs do not reduce a qualifying guarantee refund.

When promotional wallet credit was used for the refunded item, that credit is restored to the customer’s promotional wallet balance, retains its promotional status and applicable terms, and is not converted to cash or withdrawable funds. See Sections 5, 8 and 14 of the Refund Policy for the full rules.

The protection period continues through the agreed removal date and also serves as the dispute window. During this period, the buyer or broker may report an issue, provide relevant information and work with TradelineScore to review what occurred and resolve the matter under this policy and the applicable guarantee. TradelineScore may communicate with the parties involved and review available records as needed to determine whether the claim qualifies. If the claim qualifies, the applicable remedy described in the Refund Policy applies.

After the protection period ends, there is no automatic refund or replacement under the guarantee. Documented errors, unusual circumstances or evidence of a problem during the covered period may still be reviewed. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Eligibility and What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

Inaccurate or incomplete customer information, missing requested documentation, failure to respond within a reasonable period or other customer-caused circumstances may affect guarantee eligibility only when they materially caused the fulfillment failure or materially prevented fulfillment. A minor or unrelated customer issue does not by itself eliminate the guarantee.

A third-party delay or external event does not by itself create an immediate refund right. A claim must satisfy this policy, the Refund Policy and the order terms. Once a claim qualifies, the stated remedies apply.

Ordinary buyer- or broker-requested cancellations and separate non-refundable situations follow the applicable Agreement and law. Those provisions do not override qualifying guarantee remedies.

TradelineScore does not guarantee a particular credit score increase, lender decision, financing approval, credit limit, interest rate or other financial result. These outcome disclaimers are separate from the posting, early-removal and material service-failure protections. Dissatisfaction with a financial result does not, by itself, establish refund eligibility.

Orders placed before this version was published remain subject to the terms that applied when they were placed.

Step-by-Step Posting Process

  1. Buyer selects a tradeline listing
  2. Authorized-user information is submitted
  3. Seller adds the buyer to the account
  4. Reporting proceeds according to the issuer’s cycle
  5. Posting is reviewed through TradelineScore’s verification process
  6. Cardholder payment is released only after posting is verified and applicable order conditions are met

Track your listing’s Final Reporting Date. If posting is late, missing, removed early or does not match the purchased service, contact support with your order number and relevant information during the protection/dispute window. Review determines whether the claim qualifies; qualifying claims receive the remedies stated in the Refund Policy. Buyers unfamiliar with selection can review How to Choose the Right Tradeline before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the posting guarantee actually cover?

Nonposting by the listing’s Final Reporting Date, plus qualifying early removal or material service failure through the agreed removal date. A line that reports to fewer than two of the three major credit bureaus by that date has not posted. The Refund Policy explains eligibility, remedies, affected-item refund scope, promotional-credit restoration and the dispute process.

How is the posting deadline set?

Posting times vary by listing. Each listing has a Final Reporting Date that determines when posting must be confirmed under this policy. There is no universal day-14 or day-15 refund rule.

Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

If an early removal or material posting failure qualifies under our Refund Policy, the applicable refund is available for the affected line. TradelineScore may offer a suitable replacement when available, but a replacement is optional and is not required in place of an applicable refund. Nonposting by the Final Reporting Date, including a line that reports to fewer than two of the three major bureaus, gives a refund entitlement when the claim qualifies.

Does the guarantee cover a specific credit score increase?

No. TradelineScore does not guarantee a specific credit score increase, lender decision or financing approval. The guarantee covers qualifying failures of the purchased service, not a promised financial outcome.

Are all listings covered?

Listings sold through TradelineScore are subject to the applicable posting guarantee and Refund Policy. Review the specific listing’s reporting terms, Final Reporting Date and agreed removal date; eligibility and remedies follow those terms and the policy.
