Are all credit bureaus guaranteed to report AU tradelines?
Our Posting Guarantee Policy explains qualifying fulfillment remedies. If a tradeline has not posted by the listing-specific final reporting date and the claim qualifies under the Posting Guarantee and Refund Policy, the buyer or broker is entitled to a full refund for the affected tradeline or service, including its share of the card-processing fee. For qualifying early removal or material service failure before the agreed removal date, the buyer or broker may choose an appropriate replacement or a full refund. No replacement is forced. A generic day-14 or day-15 period is not an automatic refund deadline.
