"Compliance" isn't a badge a company gets to claim once — it's an ongoing set of specific practices. This page covers exactly what those practices are here, rather than a general assurance that we "follow the rules."
What We Specifically Do
No promised or guaranteed credit score outcome, anywhere on this platform
No upfront "credit repair" fees — we're a marketplace, not a credit repair service
Identity verification completed for every seller before listing
Real account details disclosed on every listing — age, limit, bureau coverage
Escrow protection by default on every transaction — not an optional upgrade
See FTC & FCRA Guidelines → for the specific enforcement history in this industry.
How Escrow Actually Works

Secure checkout

Seller Paid
After posting confirms
When a buyer places an order, funds are secured with a third-party escrow provider — not released to the seller. The seller adds the buyer as an authorized user, the tradeline's posting is verified, and only then does escrow release payment. For Zelle payments specifically, escrowed funds are held by Match Point Software LLC, DBA Confirmed Identity — a third-party entity separate from the individual seller.
Your Rights Under the FCRA
The Fair Credit Reporting Act governs how consumer credit data is reported and shared. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus, and they're required to investigate within a set timeframe. Review the FCRA's official text directly at the Federal Trade Commission's website.
Trust Center — Everything in One Place
