Tradeline Score provides access to authorized-user tradeline services and related marketplace tools. This Risk Disclosure explains important limitations, uncertainties, and third-party factors associated with the purchase and use of tradelines.

Please review this disclosure before purchasing a tradeline or relying on information presented on our website.

1. No Guaranteed Credit Score Outcome

TradelineScore does not guarantee that purchasing or being added to a tradeline will increase your credit score, increase it by a particular number of points, or produce any specific credit-related result.

Credit outcomes vary based on each individual’s existing credit profile and may be affected by factors including account history, balances, utilization, payment history, derogatory information, inquiries, other accounts, and the scoring model being used.

Different lenders, credit reporting companies, and scoring systems may evaluate authorized-user tradelines differently.

Accordingly, results experienced by one customer should not be interpreted as representative of the results another customer will receive.

2. No Guarantee of Financing, Approval, or Lending Terms

TradelineScore does not guarantee that the purchase or reporting of a tradeline will result in:

  • approval for a credit card, loan, mortgage, lease, or other financial product;
  • qualification for a particular credit limit;
  • a lower interest rate;
  • improved lending terms;
  • approval for business financing;
  • approval for housing or rental applications; or
  • any other financial or underwriting outcome.

Lenders and other decision-makers may consider many factors in addition to information appearing on a credit report.

TradelineScore does not control or participate in a lender’s underwriting decisions.

3. Authorized-User Tradelines

TradelineScore services may involve the addition of a customer as an authorized user to an existing credit card account.

Authorized-user status does not necessarily mean that the customer:

  • owns the underlying account;
  • is responsible for repayment of the account balance;
  • will receive a physical card;
  • will have purchasing authority;
  • will have access to account funds; or
  • will acquire the same rights as the primary account holder.

The treatment of authorized users may depend on the issuing financial institution and applicable account terms.

4. Reporting Is Controlled by Third Parties

TradelineScore does not directly control the credit reporting practices of card issuers, financial institutions, credit reporting companies, or other third parties.

A tradeline may be expected to report within a particular timeframe, but actual reporting may be affected by:

  • the card issuer’s reporting cycle;
  • billing-cycle timing;
  • reporting delays;
  • credit bureau processing;
  • changes in account status;
  • information supplied by the account holder;
  • technical or administrative issues; or
  • other circumstances outside TradelineScore’s control.

Unless expressly stated in an applicable written Posting Guarantee Policy, reporting dates and timeframes should be treated as estimates rather than absolute promises.

5. Posting Guarantee Limitations

Certain tradelines may be covered by a separate Posting Guarantee Policy.

Where such a policy applies, the term “guaranteed posting” refers only to the specific rights, conditions, procedures, and remedies stated in that policy.

It does not mean that TradelineScore guarantees:

  • a particular credit score increase;
  • approval for financing;
  • the way a lender will evaluate the tradeline;
  • reporting to every credit bureau;
  • indefinite reporting;
  • a specific long-term credit result; or
  • any outcome beyond the scope of the written Posting Guarantee Policy.

Customers should review the Posting Guarantee Policy before purchasing.

6. Timing May Vary

References on our website to expected reporting periods, billing cycles, posting schedules, or estimated dates are intended to help customers understand typical timing.

Actual timing may vary.

TradelineScore cannot guarantee that a bank, card issuer, credit reporting company, payment processor, or other third party will perform an action on a specific date unless expressly required under an applicable written agreement or policy.

7. Credit Bureau and Scoring Differences

Not all credit reports or scores are identical.

Information may appear differently across Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or other reporting systems, and different scoring models may assign different weight to the same information.

A tradeline appearing on a credit report does not guarantee that it will be considered in the same manner by every scoring model or lender.

Creditors may use their own underwriting criteria when evaluating applications.

8. Results May Change Over Time

Any effect associated with a tradeline may change over time.

Credit scores and credit profiles are dynamic and may be affected by new accounts, balances, utilization changes, missed payments, inquiries, account closures, removal of authorized-user status, or changes to scoring models and lender practices.

TradelineScore does not guarantee that any particular result will continue for a specific period.

9. Tradelines Do Not Remove Accurate Negative Information

Purchasing a tradeline does not remove accurate negative information from a credit report.

TradelineScore does not promise or represent that authorized-user tradelines will erase accurate late payments, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcies, inquiries, or other lawfully reportable information.

The FTC has specifically warned against credit-repair claims that promise removal of accurate negative information or guaranteed score improvement.

TradelineScore is not a credit repair company. TradelineScore does not attempt to correct inaccurate information on a credit report, does not submit or resolve credit disputes on a customer’s behalf, and does not attempt to remove accurate negative information from a credit history.

10. Not a CPN or Credit Sweep Service

TradelineScore’s authorized-user tradeline services are distinct from credit privacy numbers (CPNs) and credit-sweep practices, both of which carry substantial legal risk. TradelineScore does not offer or facilitate either.

11. Escrow Protection

TradelineScore may use third-party escrow services in connection with certain transactions.

Where escrow applies, funds may be held and released according to the applicable escrow provider’s terms and the requirements of the transaction.

Escrow is intended to provide an additional layer of transaction protection, but it does not eliminate all risk.

TradelineScore does not guarantee that:

  • every dispute will be resolved in a customer’s favor;
  • every payment will be recoverable;
  • every disagreement will qualify for a refund;
  • an escrow provider will reach a particular decision; or
  • third-party dispute procedures will produce a specific outcome.

This general limitation does not affect any specific refund commitment stated in TradelineScore’s published Refund Policy or the applicable order terms for a non-posting tradeline.

The applicable escrow provider may independently administer its own procedures, requirements, and decisions.

12. Third-Party Dispute Resolution

Where a third-party escrow or payment provider offers dispute or mediation procedures, those processes may be subject to separate rules, documentation requirements, eligibility standards, and deadlines.

TradelineScore does not control the outcome of an independent third-party dispute process.

Any reference to dispute protection should be understood as access to the applicable process rather than a guarantee of a particular resolution.

13. Payments and Chargebacks

TradelineScore may accept payment through credit cards, payment processors, or other payment methods.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms and policies of third-party providers and financial institutions.

Nothing in this Risk Disclosure limits any billing-dispute, chargeback, or other rights that a customer may have under applicable law or through a payment provider.

14. Marketplace Listings and Availability

Tradeline inventory may change in real time.

Information such as account age, credit limit, reporting schedule, availability, price, and other listing details may change due to account activity, seller availability, issuer actions, or marketplace conditions.

A listing appearing on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until an order is completed.

15. High-Limit and Low-Limit Tradelines

TradelineScore may provide educational information comparing tradelines by credit limit, age, reporting characteristics, or other factors.

Such information is general in nature.

A higher credit limit, older account age, or combination of multiple tradelines does not guarantee a better credit result.

Statements describing common strategies, combinations, or customer approaches should not be interpreted as individualized recommendations or guarantees.

16. No Guarantee From Combining or “Stacking” Tradelines

Some customers may choose to purchase or use more than one tradeline.

Purchasing multiple tradelines does not guarantee that their effects will combine in a predictable manner or produce a particular score, utilization ratio, or financing result.

Each credit profile is evaluated independently, and the effect of multiple accounts may vary.

17. Educational Information Is Not Individualized Advice

Information provided on TradelineScore.com regarding credit utilization, account age, bureau reporting, credit strategy, tradeline selection, or similar topics is provided for general educational purposes.

It should not be treated as individualized:

  • financial advice;
  • legal advice;
  • lending advice;
  • tax advice;
  • credit counseling; or
  • a guarantee that a particular strategy is appropriate for a specific person.

Customers should evaluate their own circumstances and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

18. Legal and Regulatory Considerations

Authorized-user arrangements exist within the broader credit system, but the treatment of particular accounts, services, and transactions can depend on applicable law, card issuer policies, lender practices, and the specific facts involved.

TradelineScore does not represent that every lender must consider an authorized-user tradeline in a particular way.

Any website statement suggesting that authorized-user arrangements are “legal” should not be interpreted as legal advice regarding a customer’s individual circumstances or as a guarantee that a particular lender, institution, or regulator will treat every arrangement identically.

19. Seller and Account-Holder Risks

Where marketplace services involve third-party account holders or sellers, those parties may be responsible for completing certain actions required for fulfillment.

TradelineScore may implement verification, transaction monitoring, escrow, and other controls designed to reduce risk, but no marketplace or verification process can eliminate all possibility of error, delay, misconduct, or third-party nonperformance.

20. Fraud Prevention and Security

TradelineScore may use fraud-prevention, identity-verification, payment-security, and transaction-monitoring measures.

These measures are intended to reduce risk but cannot guarantee that fraud, unauthorized activity, identity misuse, payment disputes, or other security incidents will never occur.

Customers should promptly notify TradelineScore if they believe a transaction or account activity is unauthorized or suspicious.

21. Testimonials, Examples, and Marketing Statements

Testimonials, examples, educational illustrations, descriptions of typical customer behavior, and marketing statements on TradelineScore.com reflect individual circumstances or general information.

They do not constitute guarantees of future performance.

Statements such as customers experiencing improved efficiency, smoother transactions, stronger credit profiles, or other favorable outcomes should not be understood as promises that every customer will experience the same result.

22. Relationship to Other Policies

This Risk Disclosure should be read together with the applicable:

  • Terms and Conditions;
  • Refund Policy;
  • Posting Guarantee Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cookie Policy; and
  • any other terms presented in connection with a specific transaction.

Where another written policy provides specific eligibility requirements, procedures, or remedies, that policy will govern the applicable issue.

23. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing a tradeline, customers are responsible for reviewing the available information, understanding the potential limitations described above, and deciding whether the service is appropriate for their circumstances.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate information and complying with applicable laws, lender requirements, financial institution policies, and contractual obligations.

24. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this Risk Disclosure is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

If any provision of this disclosure conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.
