TradelineScore is committed to maintaining clear and transparent policies regarding purchases made through our website and services.

Some purchases are not eligible for ordinary cancellation or refund because processing or fulfillment has begun. Those cancellation limits do not reduce or eliminate the qualifying guarantee remedies described in Section 5.

This Refund Policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

1. Refund Requests Are Reviewed Individually

Submitting a refund or cancellation request does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Order status, work performed, inventory allocation and third-party costs or obligations may be considered when reviewing ordinary cancellations or other requests, but they cannot reduce or eliminate a qualifying guarantee refund under Section 5.

TradelineScore reserves the right to request information reasonably necessary to review a refund request.

2. Orders That Have Not Yet Been Processed

If you request cancellation before meaningful processing, fulfillment, inventory assignment, or other work associated with the order has begun, the order may be eligible for cancellation and a refund.

Eligibility will depend on the status of the order at the time the request is received.

We do not guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has been submitted.

3. Orders Already in Process

Buyer- or broker-requested cancellations and separate non-refundable situations follow the applicable cancellation and no-refund provisions of the Agreement, subject to applicable law. Those provisions do not override the posting, early-removal or material service-failure remedies described in Section 5.

4. Tradeline Results Are Not Guaranteed

TradelineScore does not guarantee any particular credit score increase, credit score change, lender decision, financing approval, credit limit, interest rate or other financial result. The posting, early-removal and material service-failure protections described in Section 5 are separate from these outcome disclaimers.

Credit reporting and scoring involve third parties and factors outside TradelineScore’s control.

Accordingly, dissatisfaction with a credit score change, lack of a particular score increase, or failure to obtain financing or another desired financial result does not, by itself, establish eligibility for a refund.

5. Reporting and Processing Issues

If a purchased line has not posted by the listing-specific final reporting date and the claim qualifies under the Posting Guarantee Policy and this Refund Policy, the buyer or broker is entitled to a full refund for the affected line or service, including its applicable share of any card-processing fee. The listing-specific final reporting date controls; there is no universal automatic day-14 or day-15 refund rule.

If a tradeline posts but is removed early, or the purchased service materially fails before the agreed removal date for reasons outside the buyer’s or broker’s control, the buyer or broker may choose an appropriate replacement or a full refund for the affected line or service, including its applicable share of any card-processing fee, when the issue qualifies under the guarantee.

The protection period continues through the agreed removal date and also serves as the dispute window. During this period, the buyer or broker may report an issue, provide relevant information and work with TradelineScore to review what occurred and resolve the matter under this policy and the applicable guarantee. TradelineScore may communicate with the parties involved and review available records as needed to determine whether the claim qualifies. If the claim qualifies, the applicable remedy described in this Section applies.

After the protection period ends, there is no automatic refund or replacement under the guarantee. We may still review documented errors, unusual circumstances or evidence that a problem occurred during the covered period. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.

These remedies cover failures of the purchased service, not a promised credit score increase, lender decision or financing approval. Review the Posting Guarantee Policy for the same framework.

For orders containing multiple tradelines or services, the refund scope is described in Section 8.

For an overview of payment holding, verification and the protection process, see Buyer Protection.

6. Customer Information and Cooperation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for processing their orders.

Inaccurate or incomplete customer information, missing requested documentation, failure to respond within a reasonable period, or other circumstances attributable to the customer may affect guarantee eligibility only when they materially caused the fulfillment failure or materially prevented fulfillment, not because of a minor or unrelated customer issue, and remain subject to applicable law.

7. Third-Party and External Factors

Certain aspects of tradeline-related services may depend on third parties, financial institutions, credit reporting agencies, account holders, payment processors, or other external systems.

TradelineScore does not control the policies, decisions, processing times, reporting practices, system availability, or actions of these third parties.

A third-party delay or external event does not by itself create an immediate refund right, but if the tradeline ultimately fails to post by the listing’s final reporting date or the claim otherwise qualifies under Section 5, the Section 5 remedies apply. The specific facts and applicable law are reviewed to determine whether a claim qualifies; once it qualifies under Section 5, the stated remedies apply and are not discretionary.

8. Fees and Amounts Already Incurred

A qualifying guarantee refund covers the full amount paid for the affected tradeline or service, including its share of the card-processing fee. In an order containing multiple tradelines or services, the refund covers only the affected tradeline or service; the entire order is refunded only if every tradeline or service in that order qualifies for a guarantee refund. Administrative work, inventory allocation or seller-related costs do not reduce a qualifying guarantee refund. Separate cancellation or non-refundable situations remain subject to the applicable Agreement and law and do not override the guarantee.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe that you were charged more than once for the same transaction, charged an incorrect amount, or charged without authorization, contact us promptly so that we can investigate.

Confirmed billing errors will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to restrict any billing-error or dispute rights you may have through your payment provider or under applicable law.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact TradelineScore first if there is a problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to review the matter.

However, nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising any rights available through a card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

TradelineScore reserves the right to provide transaction records, communications, fulfillment records, order information, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with a payment dispute.

11. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request review of a cancellation or refund, contact us at:

Email: support@tradelinescore.com
Phone: (307) 370-1607

Please provide, where available:

  • your full name;
  • order number;
  • email address associated with the order;
  • the reason for the request; and
  • any information or documentation relevant to the issue.

Providing this information can help us evaluate the request efficiently.

12. Review and Processing

We will review refund requests in good faith based on the information reasonably available to us.

We review whether an issue qualifies under the applicable terms; qualifying guarantee claims receive the remedies described in Section 5. We do not promise a specific review-completion time.

When a refund is issued, the timing for funds to appear may depend on the original payment method, payment processor, financial institution and other factors outside our control.

13. Refund Method

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing, refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

TradelineScore does not guarantee the date on which a financial institution or payment provider will make refunded funds available to the customer.

Who processes a qualifying refund?

If a qualifying refund is due and TradelineScore has already received the funds, TradelineScore processes the refund. If the funds are still held by the applicable payment provider, that provider processes the refund through the original payment method. Refund timing can depend on the payment method, provider and financial institution; a qualifying refund is not promised to appear instantly.

14. Promotions, Credits, and Complimentary Services

Promotional offers, discounts, credits, complimentary services, bonuses, or other non-cash benefits generally have no cash value and are not independently refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.

When an order paid partly or fully with promotional wallet credit receives a qualifying guarantee refund, the promotional credit used for the refunded tradeline or service is restored to the customer’s promotional wallet balance. Restored promotional credit retains its promotional status and any applicable promotional terms and is not converted to cash or withdrawable funds. Other promotional benefits may be adjusted or cancelled where permitted by law, but that does not reduce the qualifying guarantee refund described in Sections 5 and 8.

15. Fraud, Abuse, or Misrepresentation

TradelineScore may investigate requests involving suspected fraud, misuse, material misrepresentation, manipulation of the refund process or other abusive conduct, subject to applicable law. Suspicion alone does not eliminate a qualifying guarantee remedy. A denial must be supported by facts showing that the claim does not qualify under the applicable terms, subject to applicable law.

We may request supporting documentation where reasonably necessary to evaluate such circumstances.

16. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer protection, refund, cancellation, billing-dispute, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the applicable law will control to the extent of the conflict.

17. Changes to This Policy

TradelineScore may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version posted or otherwise provided at the time of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes will not be applied retroactively where doing so would violate applicable law.
