Frequently Asked Questions
What are authorized user tradelines?
An authorized user tradeline occurs when someone is added as an authorized user to another person’s credit account. The account’s payment history then appears on the authorized user’s credit report, which can positively or negatively affect the user’s credit score.
What is Tradeline Score Marketplace for?
Tradeline Score is a tradeline software company that operates within the B2B marketplace, dedicated to leveraging your positive credit history to benefit our clients through the utilization of Authorized Users (AUs). Rest assured, we do not require access to your accounts, nor do we need your card numbers.
Your information is always safeguarded, and there is no need for you to recruit any clients. This role does not involve sales; instead, you will serve as a provider of strong credit, while we manage all aspects of the front-end operations on your behalf.
How does AI work or help at TradelineScore.com?
At Tradeline Score every client who attempts to purchase a tradeline is first verified through an advanced identity verification system that checks and confirms personal information in real time. This extra layer of security not only protects our platform from fraud, but it also sets us apart from many competitors who skip this crucial step. By ensuring every buyer is properly verified, we create a safer, more reliable marketplace for both clients and account holders.
In addition, our AI technology enhances support by providing fast, research-backed answers to all tradeline-related questions, while also helping us analyze historical posting data to recommend the best-performing tradelines with a proven success rate.
What steps do you take to ensure data protection and privacy?
We take protecting your information very seriously and have strong security systems in place:
-
Secure Frontend (Website/App): Our site is built using React.js, a trusted technology also used by major companies like Facebook, Instagram, Netflix, and Airbnb. We follow strict security practices, like making sure any information you enter is handled safely (input sanitization) and ensuring that all connections to our site are fully protected (we require HTTPS, the secure version of a website).
-
Protected Backend (Server): Our server, where your information is processed, is developed with a secure system called Node.js/Express. We also control who can access different parts of the system based on their role (role-based access control), which adds another layer of protection.
-
Safe Database: Your data is encrypted both while being stored and while being sent across the internet. We use strong protection methods like TLS 1.2+ when your data is moving, and AES-256 encryption for when your data is saved — the same level of security banks and top financial companies use.
-
Secure Login and Access: To make sure only the right people can log in and access sensitive information, we use proven systems like OAuth 2.0 and JWT tokens. For extra-sensitive actions, we require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which means verifying your identity with a second method like a text message code.
-
API Protection (System Connections): When our site communicates with other services or parts of itself, we make sure these connections are fully protected using strict rules (CORS policies) and secure access keys (token-based access).
All these measures work together to make sure your personal information stays private, safe, and fully protected — just like it should be.
How do you offer fraud protection to ensure you are assisting real people and not CPNs or synthetic identities?
At Tradeline Score, protecting our platform from fraud — including the use of CPNs (Credit Privacy Numbers) or synthetic identities — is a top priority. To ensure we are assisting real people with legitimate credit profiles, we’ve put multiple layers of advanced fraud protection in place:
-
Identity Verification Technology: Every client goes through a strict identity verification process powered by industry-leading technology (the same used by top financial institutions). This system checks government-issued IDs, matches them with live data sources, and detects signs of fake, altered, or synthetic information — without relying on Social Security numbers alone.
-
AI-Powered Risk Detection: Our platform uses AI-driven tools that monitor patterns in user behavior and application data. These tools flag suspicious activity, such as inconsistent identity details or credit history anomalies that often signal synthetic profiles.
-
Secure Account Access: We protect account access through encrypted logins using OAuth 2.0, JWT tokens, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for sensitive actions. This helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures that the people using our system are verified and legitimate.
-
Strict Approval Criteria: We manually review certain applications and have built-in flags that prevent tradeline purchases from accounts with unverified or questionable identity status.
By combining smart technology, strict policies, and manual oversight, Tradeline Score maintains a high standard of trust and security — ensuring we only serve verified, real individuals and protect both buyers and sellers from fraud.
How does the process work?
Understanding credit scores is essential, as they are influenced by several key factors, including derogatory marks (such as late payments or defaults), credit utilization percentage, and the average age of credit accounts. Our company specializes in credit consulting, focusing on enhancing our clients’ credit scores by adding individuals as authorized users on established credit cards (tradelines) that maintain good standing. It is important to emphasize that you are not providing any loans to our clients, and they will not have access to your tradeline.
When an individual is added as an authorized user to a credit card account, the credit history associated with that card is reflected in their credit report.
Unfortunately, many individuals lack access to favorable credit history through traditional avenues. As a result, credit consulting firms like ours offer tradeline spots to individuals seeking to improve their credit scores for objectives such as purchasing a home, establishing personal credit, or even securing employment, as many employers conduct credit checks. Our company compensates investors like you for providing clients with authorized user slots on reputable credit cards, and the process requires only a few minutes of your time each month.
What is required of me to add an authorized user?
AUs will remain on an account for a two-month cycle. The process can be outlined as follows:
1. Before your statement closing date, clients will begin purchasing AU spots on your card. You will receive a notification to add these AUs 4-5 days prior to your statement date.
2. To add clients as AUs to your card, please call the number on the back of your credit card or log in to your online banking account. Click Here on a step-by-step video guide on how to add an AU.
3. Once the statement date has passed, the report will be sent to the credit bureaus, resulting in reporting authorized user history to the the credit bureaus.
4. In your cardholder portal on our website, you will find the earliest date by which you can remove the AU. This information is displayed under each order. Click here for our Date Calculator for reference on all important dates including when you will be paid.
5. At the end of the following month, you will receive your payment. For the next cycle, simply repeat this process. And that concludes the procedure.
When do I receive my payment?
Our payroll system processes payments on the last day of the month following the addition of an Authorized User (AU), contingent upon the successful verification of the tradeline posting. For instance, if an order is received in January, the corresponding payment will be made by February 28th. Please keep in mind that we must issue refunds to our clients if the AU fails to post, which necessitates a verification period.
